How It Works

MONTHS 1–2

Calibration

We spend the first 60 days learning your business, building your prospect list, testing messaging, and optimising targeting. Most clients see their first leads within 7–10 days. This period is about getting the quality right so we don't waste your sales team's time with bad fits. The formal guarantee begins Month 3.

MONTH 3+

Guaranteed Volumes

From Month 3, we commit to delivering agreed minimum lead volumes every month. Your exact targets are set on your strategy call based on your tier, market, and ICP. Typical minimums: Scaling Up clients receive 12+ qualified opportunities per month. Enterprise clients receive 5+ booked meetings per month.

WE MISS?

You Stop Paying

If we fall short of our commitment in any month, your retainer drops to £0. We continue working on your campaigns at our cost — no invoices, no excuses — until we've recovered the deficit and delivered what we promised. Your retainer resumes only once we're back on track.

What This Looks Like in Practice

Example: Scaling Up Plan at £3,500/month

Month 1–2:

Calibration period. We build your prospect list, launch campaigns, and optimise. Leads start flowing but no formal volume commitment yet.

Month 3:

Guarantee activates. We commit to 12 leads this month. We deliver 8. That's 4 short.

Month 4:

Your retainer drops to £0. You pay nothing for infrastructure — only performance fees on any leads we deliver. We deliver 16 leads: 12 for the current month plus 4 to clear the deficit.

Month 5:

Deficit cleared. Retainer resumes at £3,500/month. Normal delivery continues.

48-Hour Lead Review

Review every lead within 48 hours. If it doesn't match your ICP, reject it with a reason and we replace it at no cost.

Spend Cap

Set a maximum monthly spend. We'll never exceed it. You control your budget.

Your Data, Forever

Every lead, every contact, every piece of campaign data belongs to you. If you leave, it all comes with you.

30-Day Exit

After your initial commitment (3 months Scaling, 6 months Enterprise), you can leave with 30 days' notice. No lock-in.

Clear ICP upfront

Tell us exactly who your ideal customer is: sectors, company sizes, geography, decision-maker roles. The more specific you are, the better our targeting.

Timely feedback

Review leads within 48 hours and tell us what's working and what isn't. Fast feedback means faster optimisation.

Collaboration on messaging

Work with us on positioning and value props so campaigns sound like your business, not a generic agency.

Compliance

Make sure any instructions you give us comply with applicable laws and regulations. If there's a compliance issue, we may need to pause until it's resolved.

When the Guarantee Doesn't Apply

We stand behind our work, but the guarantee doesn't cover situations outside our control:

  • You don't provide accurate ICP details or timely feedback, and it affects campaign performance
  • A major market shift hits your sector — new regulations, trade restrictions, or similar disruptions
  • Email platform changes or anti-spam updates materially reduce deliverability industry-wide
  • Force majeure — events genuinely beyond anyone's control

If any of these happen, we'll talk to you about it openly. We'll either adjust the plan or pause the guarantee until conditions stabilise. We won't hide behind fine print.
